- W1500DL under drive lifting AGV is a laser SLAM autonomous navigation for rapid deployment, and it builds maps by simply scanning the environment for ±5mm accurate positioning.
- With a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg, this product is capable of handling and transporting most goods by means of jacking and rotation.
- The product adopts the modular design of the whole machine, so it is easier to assemble and maintain.
- The robot can automatically recharge from low battery (Setting the low battery value according to the customer’s requirements).
- This product uses clustered scheduling, which allows it to view the working status, power, position and other information of all robots at the same time in the robot control system, and scheduling all devices through the system.
- This product has multiple safety guards such as LIDAR safety obstacle avoidance, contact crash bars, and left and right emergency stop buttons to protect the equipment and cargo.
- The product plans paths automatically for unmanned operation, so staff only need to give instructions through the control terminal.

[1]. It is designed for indoor transportation and is not recommended for outdoor environments.
[2]. The road surface is smooth and clean with no significant undulations. Slope 5% = arctan (0.05) ≈ 2.8°. The robot must not stop or turn at ramps, steps, or gaps, but only pass quickly perpendicular to them.

Navigation accuracy is usually referred to as the repeatability of the robot’s navigation to the target site, which can reach the expected value when the robot navigates from a fixed direction to the target site with a relatively stable environment scanned by the robot’s LiDAR (variation rate <30%). When the robot runs along the virtual path, it will try to fit the path as closely as possible, but repeatability is not guaranteed. That is, the robot guarantees point-to-point accuracy, but not navigation path fit accuracy. The minimum site spacing supported by the robot is 1cm.
